  • Use images for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission

4. Image Licensing & Acquisition

All photographs are available for acquisition as limited edition fine art prints. Licensing for editorial, commercial, or other uses requires separate written agreement. Contact Contact@MilesHewitt.com for inquiries.

5. Print Sales

  • All sales are subject to availability and confirmation

  • Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable

  • Edition sizes and certificates of authenticity provided with each print

  • Returns accepted within 14 days if print arrives damaged (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

  • Client responsible for return shipping costs unless item defective

6. Exhibition & Publication Rights

Images may not be reproduced in any publication, exhibition, or media without prior written consent and appropriate licensing agreement.

7. Website Availability

While we endeavor to maintain continuous website availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for temporary unavailability due to technical issues.
